The Park Tennis Take
The Park Tennis Take
They put Fire in the name and Flurry in the color, which is almost too much Swiss theater for one shoe. Pull them from the bag and the public court is briefly transported to St. Moritz: one-handed backhand, clean lines, perhaps a few francs falling from the sky. Underneath the fantasy is a serious hard-court shoe with a midfoot cage, padded heel, and herringbone traction built for sharp sprints, stops, and slides. The playground is still next door. Roger checks his watch, gives you a small approving nod, and keeps walking. All of this from a shoe? Possibly.
