The problem is the carry-on. Racquet, shoes, a can of balls, laptop, and enough clothing to prove you came for the meeting. Everything needs to earn its space: a bag that does not announce a qualifying-round campaign, and clothes that can leave the court, survive a quick cleanup, and take a seat at the hotel bar without looking like practice ran long.

Take one racquet, keep the bag compact, and check your airline’s dimensions before leaving. TSA permits racquets through security; the airline still decides what boards.
